Therapeutic Mentorship for Highly Sensitive Women
Highly Sensitive Person
Reiki Master
I help people put words to what they have been feeling their whole lives.
I am a Highly Sensitive Person, intuitive empath, professional astrologer, Reiki Master, and therapeutic mentor with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I am also an Aura Institute Certified Integrative Trauma Practitioner.
My work brings together therapeutic reflection, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practices, astrology, nervous-system awareness, energy work, ritual, and intuition.
I believe your sensitivity holds meaningful information about what you need, what you value, what you perceive, and who you are. Our work is not about making you more palatable to the world. It is about helping you understand yourself, trust yourself, and create a life that honors your true capacity.
Come Back to Yourself
Therapeutic Mentorship is not psychotherapy and is not a substitute for licensed mental-health or medical care. I do not diagnose and treat mental health issues.
You do not need to become less emotional, less intuitive, less complex, or less sensitive.
You may need relationships that honor your depth.
You may need boundaries that protect your energy.
You may need language for experiences you have never been able to explain.
You may need support that recognizes your sensitivity as part of your wisdom.
Your sensitivity is not standing between you and the life you want. It may be guiding you toward it.
For the Highly Sensitive Woman
Your sensitivity is not the problem.
You experience the world deeply. You notice what others overlook, feel what often goes unspoken, and may absorb more than your nervous system can comfortably hold.
Perhaps you have spent years believing you were too sensitive, too emotional, too intense—or simply too much.
You were never too much.
I offer Therapeutic Mentorship, astrology, energy work, and ritual practices to help highly sensitive women and intuitive empaths understand their experiences, trust their inner knowing, and feel safer being fully seen.
You May Have Been Taught to Hide Your Sensitivity
You may recognize yourself here:
You absorb the emotions and energy around you.
You need time to process conversations and experiences.
Conflict, noise, pressure, or demanding environments can overwhelm you.
You replay interactions long after they have ended.
You struggle to know which feelings belong to you.
You need more rest and recovery than the people around you seem to need.
You sense things intuitively but sometimes doubt what you perceive.
You have learned to people-please, mask or make yourself smaller to feel safe.
You long to be visible, yet being truly seen can also feel vulnerable.
Your sensitivity does not need to be fixed.
It needs to be understood, protected and supported.
What Becomes Possible When Your Sensitivity Is Supported?
When you begin working with your sensitivity instead of against it, you can develop:
Greater trust in your intuition
Boundaries that honor your actual capacity
More discernment about what belongs to you
Compassion for the way your nervous system responds
Permission to rest without guilt
More authentic relationships
Freedom from chronic people-pleasing
Greater confidence in your voice and visibility
A deeper relationship with your body, spirituality, and inner wisdom
The goal is not to become less sensitive.
The goal is to feel safe enough to become more fully yourself.
HSP Therapeutic Mentorship
Support created around your sensitivity— not against it.
HSP Therapeutic Mentorship is a compassionate, individualized space where you can slow down, put words to your experiences, and explore what your sensitivity has been trying to communicate.
Together, we may explore nervous-system overwhelm, rejection sensitivity, boundaries, relationships, emotional and energetic discernment, intuition, people-pleasing, masking, visibility, menopause, neurodivergent traits, and the experience of feeling different in a world that does not always understand sensitivity.
Our work may integrate therapeutic reflection, somatic awareness, astrology, energy work, ritual, and practical tools for everyday life.
You do not have to arrive with a diagnosis or a perfectly defined goal. We can begin with what is present for you now.
Healing the Witch Wound
What taught you that it was unsafe to be seen?
The Witch Wound is the inherited and lived fear of being judged, rejected, punished, or excluded for expressing your intuition, sensitivity, truth, creativity, sexuality or personal power.
It can appear as:
Fear of visibility
Chronic self-doubt
People-pleasing
Difficulty trusting your intuition
Shame around your spiritual gifts
Fear of taking up space
Hiding your voice, power, or creativity
Feeling unsafe in groups of women
A belief that you must remain agreeable to belong
For highly sensitive and intuitive women, the Witch Wound can become deeply intertwined with nervous-system safety.
Healing does not mean forcing yourself to become visible before you are ready. It means gently creating enough internal safety to choose when, where, and how you allow yourself to be seen.
